BUILDING PERMIT ISSUANCE
- An Initial discussion architect – customer, recording of desires and creation of framework for the customer’s dream construction.
- Agreement on total cost of issuing the license, with clearly defined obligations of both parties.
- Elaboration of drafts and preliminary designs, based on the initial discussion with the client.
- Drafting and finalization of architectural design and the necessary accompanying studies (static, fire safety, energy efficiency, hydraulic and electrical design, etc.)
- Approvals of other services (Archaeological, Forestry, etc.)
- Submission of full application and issuance of the license to the building committee.
Estimated time of building permit issuance, from 4 to 6 months.
