Stavros has studied Civil engineering  at the Univeristy of Patras and has specialized in Earthquake Resistant Structures.

He founded TFP Constructions (2001-2007) and after he founded Petersons Real estate & Developments  (2008-today).

From 2003-2005 he was Vise Mayor of the same Municipality.

From 2009 to 2016 he was President of Kefalonia & Ithaca Committee of  Technical Chamber of Greece (National Association of Engineers).

He has designed and supervised numerous private projects in Kefalonia and Ithaca.
